To enable you to video call the on-call Doctor, please ensure you have downloaded Zoom App on your phone.
If you have not, please do so from your App Store (iOS)/ Play Store (Android) or click the following link: https://zoom.us/download
When you have the Zoom app downloaded, please click on the link below to begin your consult with the on-call IMMEX Doctor.
Once you click on the link, it will ask you to use your Internet Audio. As per image below, ensure you are not on “Mute”
