CTP Medico Legal Assessments
The practitioners consulting from IMMEX provide comprehensive and detailed assessments and reports of a person injured in a motor vehicle accident, including Whole Person Impairment (WPI) assessments. Damages Claims Under Common Law
Under NSW Common Law the injured person has the right to claim lump sum compensation for damages from the at-fault driver responsible for the accident that caused their injuries.
